-Canteloup (I'll have to cut one open and make sure they're good, the last batch were a bust!) *UPDATE - no good, expect Canary melon!
-Red Kale
-Italien Parsley
-Hungarian Peppers *UPDATE - these babies are done, expect Delicata*
-Shallots
-Spinach
-Spaghetti Squash

You can expect a card on drying your own herbs and a cold remedy using the innards of your spice rack!

I still can't believe how quickly Fall arrived!  I, personally, love Fall.  It's sad to see crops start to come to an end but it's a nice break after a busy Summer.  And there is Squash!  We even have some Fall broccoli that should be ready real soon, I can't wait to try it!  Here's what you can expect this week:

-Baby Golden Beets
-Bi-colour Corn
-Chinese Eggplant
-Black Kale
-Leeks
-Red Butterleaf Lettuce
-Red Onions
-Fingerling Potatoes
-Banana Squash

This is one Squash you will have to eat within the week because it will be a big slice of a HUGE, 10 lb squash.

The fingerlings are a real treat, these are great slow roasted.

See you all Wednesday!

Better late than never!  Sorry for the late post, I am a little behind this week, mostly because every time I get a split second to sit down, the internet doesn't work.  Anyhow, here are the amazing things you can look forward to this week:

-Baby Red Beets
-Bi-colour corn
-Cherry tomatoes
-Red Leaf Lettuce*
-Yellow Onions
-Sugar Pie Pumpkin**
-Sage
-Spinach
-Butternut Squash
-Italien Plum Jam***

*This is my very own red leaf lettuce, I am experimenting with late season crops on Naty's farm, it's looking pretty delicious!
**I know it's early for pumpkin but like everything else, it's early.  Naty is going to ship anything I don't take to Whole Foods so I've called dibs on enough for you lovely people :)
***As you know, this is made with the last of the plums.  It's very low in sugar and very tasty!  These were given by request and they are all spoken for!

You can expect your storage tips and a few recipes in your inbox tomorrow evening.

Cheers!

I will have recipes for the Squash and Stuffed Peppers this week!
