Thanks everyone for coming out to the open house & farm tour this weekend, we got some great weather and some good grub!  We are into our last and final month of the season :(  Here's what you're getting stocked up on this week:

-Red Beets
-Canteloup (I'll have to cut one open and make sure they're good, the last batch were a bust!) *UPDATE - no good, expect Canary melon!
-Red Kale
-Italien Parsley
-Hungarian Peppers *UPDATE - these babies are done, expect Delicata*
-Shallots
-Spinach
-Spaghetti Squash

You can expect a card on drying your own herbs and a cold remedy using the innards of your spice rack!

See you all Wednesday!
